Instructions for Filling the Application Form (Academic Year 2025-26):

• The application form should be filled in Block Letters.
• Photo Upload:
  Please upload a recent passport-size photo of the student with a white background.
• Birth Certificate Details:
  Ensure that all details in the application form match the information provided in the student's birth certificate. This is mandatory, and any discrepancies may result in the application being rejected.
• Email Address:
  Enter a valid and correct email address, as all communication, including the date and time slot for the interview, will be sent to this email.
• Interview Requirements:
  On the day of the interview, parents are required to bring:
  - Filled Registration form with parents’ signature. (After submitting the application form, you can download it from the website)
  - Two recent passport-size photo of the student
  - Original and a xerox copy of the student's birth certificate
  - The student's Aadhar card
  - Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Additional Instructions:
  Further instructions will be provided after the interview.
• A child seeking admission to Nursery should have completed 3 years of age on 1st June, 2025 for the year of admission.

  l Nursery : 1st June, 2021 - 31st May 2022
  l LKG : 1st June 2020 - 31st May 2021
  l UKG : 1st June 2019 - 31st May 2020
