Instructions for Filling the Application Form (Academic Year 2027-28):

1. The application form should be filled in Block Letters.
2. The application fee is non-refundable once the application is submitted.
3. Photo Upload:

   Please upload a recent passport-size photograph of the student with a white background.

   The photograph uploaded will be used on the student’s ID card if the student is selected. Once the ID card is prepared, the photograph cannot be changed.

   Therefore, please ensure that the photograph is recent, clear, passport-size, and has a plain white background before uploading.

4. Birth Certificate Details (Nursery to Class1)

Ensure that all details in the application form match the information provided in the student's Birth Certificate and Aadhaar Card. It is mandatory that both documents have identical information, as any discrepancies may result in the application being rejected. Both parents’ names on their Aadhaar cards should also be the same.

5. For TC students (Class 2 to Class 8) ensure that all details in the application form match the information provided in the Transfer Certificate (TC), Birth Certificate, and Aadhaar Card. It is mandatory that the information across all three documents is identical; any discrepancies may result in the application being rejected.
6. Email Address:

Enter a valid and correct email address, as all communication, including the date and time slot for the interview, will be sent to this email.

7. Interview Requirements:

On the day of the interview, parents are required to bring:
- Filled Registration form with parents’ signature. (After submitting the application form, you can download it from the website)
- Two recent passport-size photo of the student
- Original and an attested xerox copy of the student's birth certificate
- Attested xerox copy of the student's Aadhaar card and both parents' Aadhaar cards
- If the student belongs to the OBC, SC, or ST category, please submit the student's caste certificate. If caste category is not applicable, submit a letter requesting consideration under the general category. This documentation is mandatory for the admission procedure.

8. Additional Instructions:

Further instructions will be provided after the interview.

9. A child seeking admission to Nursery should have completed 3 years of age on 31st May 2027 for the year of admission.

LKG :1st June 2022 - 31st May 2023
UKG: 1st June 2021 - 31st May 2022
Class 1: 1st June 2020 - 31st May 2021
